We established our family company Gleave Homes in Cheshire in 2004 and are continuing to grow our successful, approachable and friendly team.
The company is operated from our prestigious offices in Alderley Edge. This location serves as an excellent base for the majority of our projects which tend to be in prime residential areas around Cheshire and South Manchester.
We are constantly building on a reputable and respected company using our expanding expert knowledge to develop bespoke homes with traditional aspects and contemporary living spaces.
Our goal is to maintain high standards with attention to detail and deliver the personal touch whilst ensuring that every client enjoys their new home.

‘From the start of the process when meeting Chris in a muddy field, strings mapped out as houses, we were sold by the enthusiasm and foresight of Gleave Homes. The details in the brochure clearly showed the luxury and over sized roomed properties were NOT from your run of the mill countywide house builders. We left the site having paid the deposit! By the end of that week, the deposit process and paperwork was confirmed super quick and from there on in Chris and Emma were on hand by phone, email or site visit. As the process started pictures were sent of footings of the building going down to the first and last brick laid gave reassurance with visuals of the build quality. Then the bespoke interior choices to be made room by room with guidance from Chris and Emma with samples and displays on hand in their office to make your choices correct. The choices made a wow factor kitchen, extremely high end specification bathrooms, top quality tiles and flooring throughout. All the fixtures and fittings are named brands recognised in the industry and the results are amazing. Once moved in, that service doesn’t stop. Chris and Emma give the Gleave Homes aftercare service and the team aim to make sure every detail is covered with ease. We would strongly recommend Gleave Homes without any doubt to all home seekers looking for their forever home. ‘From initial talks through Gleave Homes’ agents Jackson Stops of Alderley Edge, we were invited to walk around the current site which had two houses built out of six. We were very impressed with the attention to detail of the building work on the outside and also the interior decoration and fittings on the inside which were of a high build quality. We had the options of different fittings, carpets, paint and kitchen units with appliances of our choice and any changes were met with the minimum fuss and done to our asking and liking. I would not hesitate to buy another property from Gleave Homes.’

‘I am in my 66th year and have lived in a house built by Gleave Homes (Squirrels Leap) at Brookside Farm Development for 9 years now, so am qualified to comment on the quality of the property that this builder designed and built. I have no hesitation in stating that this Gleave home Property is far superior to the properties that I have lived in previously, built by many other builders. The look of the properties on the development are similar however all are individual and also different when you look more closely. The quality of build and the fixtures and fittings in my property from the bathrooms to the kitchen are 1st class and have withstood the test of time, the finishing of all rooms could not be better. The efficiency of the H & C Water and Heating system is excellent. The technology in my house from telephone points, PC hardwire points, TV Ariel points in all rooms and if required bespoke sound system which is the case in my home is superb. The locations that Gleave Homes selected for this development is also very pleasant. Myself and family have never had a complaint to make but whenever I have needed to contact Gleave Homes with a request as simple as what paint and colour was used on the external woodwork Mr C. Gleave is always there on the other end of the phone or email ready and only to happy to help. This personal touch by the Gleave Homes Director, which is there many years after the property was sold to me by Gleave Homes shows the class of the Gleave Homes service. I would have no hesitation in recommending the purchase of a Gleave Homes property as being easy to live in and a wise investment.’
